Concetta studied the culinary arts at the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Since completing her studies, she has worked in several of Central Indiana's finest kitchens, including R Bistro, Wolfgang Puck, Ambrosia, and Dunaway's. Prior to accepting the position with Indianapolis Fruit, Chef Concetta was the Executive Chef at Constantino's Marketplace at Indianapolis City Market.
Concetta's passion for Indianapolis Fruit dates back two generations. Her great Uncle Joe started the business in 1947; and her father, Mike Mascari, currently serves as President of Indianapolis Fruit Company. Chef Concetta is anxious to put her mark on the family legacy. She looks forward to bringing her educational and technical experience, as well as her passion for the perfect meal, into your kitchen.
